As an admin, you can reset an account's passwords. Please use the following steps:
1. Navigate to the student's profile.
2. In the top left, you will see the ribbon to edit an account's settings:
3. From here, you can click the edit button to update the following:
- Account Password
- Account Login / Username
- Family Status
- Account Language
4. Click the edit button next to Account Password, type in the new password, and click change.
At this point, the family's password will be reset. Make sure to message the new password to the family!
