Manage: Printing Forms

Because these forms were built out to be online forms, there may be some features on these forms that are not printable such as dropdown menus or special characters.

Here are the steps to view and print forms:

1) Log in and go to 'Settings';
2) Please click on 'Manage Forms';
3) Find the form that you would like to print blank;
4) Click on the 'View' option under 'Actions';
5) Right-click to select print;

This will allow you to print a blank form with all the required fields.
