Building Your Hero Champion Team
It's important that you have a strong team of Hero Champions to help lead the way. Your Hero Champion Team is a small group of representatives on your campus that will be responsible for driving the Hero implementation on your campus, training the rest of your faculty and staff, and monitoring your Hero data along the way. For some schools, this may also be your PBIS, MTSS, Behavior Support, or School Culture Team. For other schools, this may include a representative from each department on campus, including administration, counselors, instructional coaches, and teachers.
