Throughout the year, parents can continuously update their contact information in their Family Profile, by logging into their SchoolMint account. Within the Profile, they can edit all guardian information.
Since you have pushed SchoolMint data to your SIS, if a parent makes changes to their Family Profile, these updates will not automatically be pushed. To help monitor these updates, please utilize the Change History report, to know which students need to be re-synced.

As an admin, Reports > Change History will display these changes. From your top-right Account Settings, you can subscribe to Notifications and receive daily summaries of these changes. As you are notified of these changes, that is a signal to then go to Admissions > Sync to SIS to sync just those students that have these changes.
