Manage: Export Lottery Results

For schools that need to generate a hard copy of the lottery results, or should you wish to view the results of a previous lottery, you can export the results from the Lottery Results page

1. Navigate to Admissions > Lottery Results
   
   
   
   
2. Select your School, Grade, and Lottery Date
3. By Default, student names are hidden with only the Student IDs showing, but simply check "Show Student Names" to add the student names
   
   
   
   
4. Click Export as CSV/XLS to generate the report
5. Repeat for each grade
