Prepare: Deliver User-Built Custom Reports to SFTP Using API Calls

Note: Only user-created reports can be sent to a SFTP using API calls. Reports created by SchoolMint cannot use this option.

User Requirements

1. Users must have a SFTP server or service that accepts API Calls and third party API Keys.
2. SFTP or Cloud storage that does not accept API Calls or API Keys cannot be used with this option.
3. Users have to create a Custom Report by using the report builder tool or select an existent Custom Report that their school built.

How do I deliver my Custom Report via SFTP?

To deliver your Custom Report to a SFTP connection, please submit a request to your customer success representative or [e-mail] to enable the delivery via SFTP. 

SchoolMint will request that the following information be provided securely:

1. SFTP host name or IP address (The SFTP connection cannot be hosted by SchoolMint)
2. SFTP Password
3. Designate a port or path for the delivery (optional)
4. SchoolMint will generate an API key for your SFTP connection and provide it securely.
