Verify that the Print Dispatcher is installed and configured
Download the Print Dispatcher from Here if not currently installed.
- Once installed configure the print dispatcher by right-clicking on the Red “H” icon on the taskbar and selecting configure.
- In Pass Printer Configuration select the BP4 Printer from the drop down.
- Click on the Calibrate PT1000 printer button and 2-3 blank passes will be ejected.
- Click OK
