New to SchoolMint? Great! We have several independent training resources for your professional development with SchoolMint:

 

1) Udemy Training Course:

The 60-minute course consists of a series of short videos and quizzes that you can complete at your own speed. The videos cover the basic functionality of SchoolMint that every school leader should master to be successful on SchoolMint, including how to manage your school's application, waitlist, registration, re-enrollment and parent communication processes.

Follow the below steps to start the free course:
a) Go to https://www.udemy.com/schoolmint101/
b) Click on the blue box that says "Enter Password"
c) Create a free account, or log in with your existing Udemy account
d) Enter password SchoolMintee123

e) Start the course!

 

2) Admin Guides:

We have internal manuals with text explainers, screenshots, and videos, that detail our SchoolMint features. As a feature evolves, we update these guides to include detailed instructions.

 

3) In-app Support:

Within your SchoolMint site, every page has this Support widget. Type a question or keyword and see the many resources we have on that topic. If you cannot find an answer, please leave us a message through the widget and we'll create the needed resource.
