ACADEMIC YEAR SPECIFIC: This means that the configurations in this feature will only impact the specific school/academic year that you are in. You can determine which academic year you are in by using the dropdown in the top right-hand corner.
ORGANIZATION SPECIFIC: This means that the configurations in this feature will impact all the academic years across your organization.
Organization Specific: Add and Manage Schools
Please note that while the schools are organization specific, the grades and individual grade preferences set for schools are academic year-specific. As an example, if you add a school called `Green Apple Academy` to the 1920 SY, it will also show up in the 1819 SY. However, if you set the grades that Green Apple Academy serves as 2, 3, and 4 in 1819, you can set the grades that Green Apple Academy serves as 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the 1920 SY.
