If you see a spinning wheel when you log into SchoolMint, this is most likely a caching issue. The best way to find out is to do the following:
1. Log out of SchoolMint
2. Go into your browser history and clear your cache and cookies.
In most computer-based web browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). ...If you don't see instructions below for your specific version or browser, search your browser's Help menu for "clear cache".
Be sure you un-select the checkbox to delete passwords, so that way you don't lose your passwords (In most browsers, you can find this button under "History" in your browser menu.)
3. Quit the browser entirely.
4. Open the browser and log back in.
