If there is an active incident, our team will post it on our status page. If so, please know we are already working on the issue as quickly as possible to return to operational status. You can subscribe to updates right on the page in order to know when the system is back to normal.

If there are no issues listed on our status page, then this is most likely a caching issue. The best way to find out is to do the following:
- Log out of SchoolMint
- Go into your browser history and clear your cache and cookies. Be sure you un-select the checkbox to delete passwords, so that way you don't lose your passwords (In most browsers, you can find this button under "History" in your browser menu.)
- Quit the browser entirely.
- Open the browser and log back in.
