Aeries: Common SIS Errors

Most Common Aeries Errors:

1. Error: “An error has occurred. Error creating contact. String or binary data would be truncated.”

Troubleshoot:

• Right click on error message and click on ‘Inspect Element’ to ensure that there are not too many characters in the SchoolMint field response that are exceeding the character limit in Aeries for that field
