Aeries: Common SIS Errors

Common Aeries errors include creating contact with truncated string or binary data. Troubleshoot by right-clicking on the error message and checking the SchoolMint field response's character limit.

Most Common Aeries Errors:

1. Error: “An error has occurred. Error creating contact. String or binary data would be truncated.”

Troubleshoot:

• Right click on error message and click on ‘Inspect Element’ to ensure that there are not too many characters in the SchoolMint field response that are exceeding the character limit in Aeries for that field
