Aeries Integration FAQs

SchoolMint does not currently connect to the Aeries Supplemental Table or FTU table. Addresses are pre-populated from student demographics, and organizations can decide logic based on SchoolMint data. STU.NS field populates based on school period.

Below are some common questions you may be having around your Aeries integration with SchoolMint:

  • Not at this time
• Does SchoolMint connect to the FTU table?

•  In Aeries if a family marks that they live with the student, the address pre-populates from the student demographic table. What happens if the parents are divorced and a parent indicates that they live with the student but has a different address than the student has in the forms. What happens? Is this something that the organization can decide how to handle?
  • Yes, the organization can decide what logic they would like here as long as it is based from SchoolMint data, meaning SchoolMint questions and answers in SchoolMint database. We don’t do any kind of comparison with data organizations have on their end.
• How does SchoolMint populate the STU.NS field?
  • We populate that based from SchoolMint current school or school applying, depending on the period of the year.
