Keep it simple by creating 3-5 levels of point values. You can easily trade out the items offered in the store, but keep your point values constant. Consider having a RED table with items worth one value, and a YELLOW table with items worth a different value.
Hang posters around campus to advertise what is being offered at the school store, as well as when and where the store is open. Allow your media classes to create digital prints and produce commercials to advertise for your school store.
