When syncing student data from SchoolMint Pro into PowerSchool, certain profile fields can only be set during the initial creation of a new student record. This is a restriction from PowerSchool's API functionality. Once a student record exists, these specific fields cannot be updated or overwritten through subsequent syncs and must be updated manually in PowerSchool.
