How do I track my exported students within SchoolMint?
The Sync to SIS table allows you to track a student's SIS status. The SIS statuses are as follows:
- Not Exported - The student has not yet been processed.
- Downloaded - The student was processed and downloaded.
- Exported - The student was processed, downloaded, and imported to the SIS
You'll also be able to filter by these statuses to make the process seamless. For example, once a week you can navigate to the Sync to SIS page and search for students in Not Exported status. Select those students, click the Download to SIS button. Download the file and import to your SIS. Finally, mark the students as Exported. This will ensure that you are only processing new records each week.
