Manage Re-Enrollments:
1) What if a re-enrolling family started filling out forms with the wrong access code?
It is important that each student uses their own unique access code to complete re-enrollment forms.
If a parent may start completing forms with the wrong code, the code will become unusable for the intended student.
If this is to happen, even after you have taken great measures to make sure each student received their own access code, email support@schoolmint.com to clean up the applications.
Within the email, provide all student names that may be affected and the account they should be associated with.
2) How will withdrawn students be reflected through re-enrollment?
If students have withdrawn from your school after they have been imported as a re-enrollment student, you can update their status to Not Returning under Manage Re-Enrollment.
Clicking Not Returning for a withdrawn student, when you run Custom Reports for re-enrollment, any student under that status will not be reflected in those reports.
3) A student's checklist is verified for all items, but the student is still in Re-Enrollment Complete status. What does this mean?
A student that is in verified status will remain in verified status unless their re-enrollment forms are resubmitted by an administrator.
If an admin clicks re-enroll for the child and submits the forms again, then the student will revert back to Re-Enrollment Complete status.
To move the student back to Re-Enrollment Verified status, simply recheck the verified box in the student's checklist.
